How we qualify every lead
The honest answer to “are bought leads rubbish?” is: some are. Here's exactly what we check so ours aren't.
- Exclusive

Hard gates – fail one and you never see it
- ABN-registered business – checked against the Australian Business Register.
- Named asset purpose – what they're buying, not “a business loan”.
- Purchase timeframe within 6 months – no idle browsers.
- Secured asset finance only – no unsecured loan enquiries.
- Real contact details – valid phone and email formats, verified where possible.
Scoring factors – shown to you, not hidden
These don't block a lead but help you prioritise, and some can be used as premium filters:
- Deal size and asset type
- Trading history
- Homeowner director status
- GST registration
- New or used, dealer or private sale
Duplicate and fraud checks
Duplicates
We check every enquiry against previous submissions by phone, email and ABN. A repeat applicant isn't sold twice.
Fraud and junk
Bot filtering, disposable email detection, mismatched details and implausible answers are screened out before delivery.
Exclusivity
Each lead is assigned to one broker and locked. It's never resold, shared or recycled.
